Our standard MOQ is 50 units per SKU for most boxing equipment categories. For accessories like hand wraps, MOQ starts at 100 units. Custom-designed products with complex tooling may require higher minimums — our sales team will confirm this during your consultation.
Standard samples are developed and shipped within 7–10 business days of receiving your design specifications and a sample fee (which is credited back to your first bulk order). Rush sampling in 5 days is available for an additional charge.
Yes — send us the product or detailed photos and specifications. We can reverse-engineer and match construction, padding density, leather type, and dimensions. We cannot reproduce another brand's logos or trademarked design elements.
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For established clients with good order history, we offer 60-day net terms. We accept T/T wire transfer, PayPal (under $2,000), and L/C for large orders.
Yes, DDP shipping is available to most countries for Business and Enterprise tier orders. We handle all export documentation, freight, customs clearance, and import duties at the destination. Contact us for a DDP quote to your specific destination.
Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Products can be manufactured to AIBA, IBF, WBC, and CE standards on request. SGS third-party testing reports are available for an additional fee. Material safety data sheets (MSDS) are available for all materials used.
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits from potential and existing partners. Our facility in Sialkot is fully open to inspection. Contact us in advance to schedule your visit and we'll arrange airport pickup, factory tour, and accommodation if needed.
Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements before receiving any proprietary design information. We also offer exclusive manufacturing agreements for Enterprise clients — meaning we will not produce the same design for any other brand. Our legal team is experienced with international NDA and IP protection.
